Lazy Rod

Rod got a chewie (as I call them) and enjoyed chewing it in the laziest way possible.  Nothing like a lazy chewie day!

Almost worth moving...
Within my grasp.
Eyes on the prize...so close.
There's the effort I like to see!
How to bury your chewie when there is nothing to bury it in:

  3. I don't think a little pile of dirt is asking too much Rod... and it would sure make that job easier.

  6. Morning Rod!!!!!!!!
You are so funny. Mom and I just cracked up watching you bury that bone!! Well done cutie pie.

I, Madi, also practice your method of going about things while exerting the least amount of energy possible. Mom often says I have a lot of the same characteristics (strong willed) as Toto, their Doxie from a long long time ago. She wonders if Doxies are K9 cats or if felines are Doxies in disguise.
Happy Sunday and thanks for the laughs,
    hugs
    Madi

  7. That's so cute!! That's how Holly buried some of her bones...in the couch cushions!! It's funny to watch all the effort she puts into it and then the bone is still sticking up some!! Lots of love, Debbie and Holly

  12. Well Tank being a Lhasa Apso he clueless. We doxies don't need dirt to bury stuffs...I can even use da dirty clothes along withs da couch cushions...hehehe! Besides, I don't likes mine dirty. Howevers, I am surprised dat you lets your mom watch you hide it.
My papa's doxie won't hide anything if somebuddy is watchin' him. He has a baby doll and a plastic artichoke dat he hides...hehehe!

  14. puddles, this was very rare i let this moment be captured on video - usually i require the utmost secrecy when burying. if i see a camera, i stop what i'm doing and stare at mom until she leaves.
